Customs Union Certification (EAC/CU-TR Certification)
Scope of application: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan
1.Introduction to EAC Certification
According to the agreement signed by Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan on October 18, 2010, "Common Guidelines and Rules on Technical Norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation", the Customs Union Committee is committed to formulating uniform standards and requirements for product safety, a certification, and three countries. GM, followed by Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, formed a customs union CU-TR certification. The unified logo is EAC, also known as EAC certification.
2. Effective Time of EAC Certification
From February 15, 2013, all products under the certification scope of the Russian-Belarus Customs Union (CU) are required to apply for CU-TR certification (EAC certification). As of March 15, 2013, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus have stopped issuing GOST certificates of their old laws and regulations. Pumps exported to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia require CU-TR certificates of Customs Union in accordance with 010/2011 < Customs Union Technical Regulations on Safety of Machinery and Equipment > and 004/2011 < Customs Union Technical Regulations on Low Voltage Safety > for unified registration on the official network.
3.Types of EAC Certificates
Customs Union CUTR Technical Regulations Certificate is mainly divided into two categories: certificate of conformity(сертификат соответствия техническому регламенту Таможенного союза）and declaration of conformity.（декларация о соответствии техническому регл аменту Таможенного союза (декларация ТР ТС)）
