3. PVOC certification business process:

4.PVOC certification matters needing attention:
1. The application form, packing list and invoice should be stamped.
2, test report validity, approval period:
(1) the disposable medical supplies, batteries, stationery, cosmetics, disposable sanitary products, chemical fertilizer, textile, ceramic tile and PVC flooring and other products to provide the test report (within 3 months), the test report is valid for other products can be relaxed to a year;
(2) electrical products need to provide CE certificate or safety performance test report;
(3) products belonging to the legal inspection category shall provide copies of the certificate of exchange or release form issued by CIQ, test reports, health certificates and other materials. 3. If the goods are packaged in wood and vegetable materials, please provide the fumigation certificate or visible fumigation mark of the official or its authorized institution.
4, in the confirmation of the day of inspection, such as change or cancel the inspection, our company is deemed to be re examined. When our surveyor arrives at the agreed place of inspection, all the goods to be inspected must be packed up and arranged for personnel to assist in the inspection. The container must arrive on time during the inspection of the loading. If the container is late, our surveyor will wait at least one hour at the scene. If the container is not available within an hour, the inspector will leave the premises and your company / factory has to reschedule the inspection time.
5 inspection and monitoring must be carried out at the same time and place. If the address does not match, unknown or temporary change of address, resulting in the inspection can not be carried out in time, the applicant company / factory must re appointment inspection time, our company will be the next inspection, a re inspection fee.
6, the applicant company / factory must arrange personnel to assist our company to inspect, because if the place of inspection without assistance, goods are not homogeneous, or other reasons caused by the applicant, and lead to test delay or not, the applicant company / factory will bear the resulting re inspection fees or overtime expenses.
7, the entire cabinet shipment needs our company inspector on-site supervision of loading process. Under normal circumstances, 1-2 containers are not more than 2 hours, 3 or more than 3 containers, container time is not more than 4 hours.
8, the loading requirements are: generally can not load at night or weekend, otherwise, personnel arrangements may not be reached.
5.Kenya COC certification and PVOC certification distinction:
COC certification is the full name of compliance, in different countries have different forms of expression, in which East Africa, the three countries, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda are called PVOC certification. Therefore, Kenya COC certification is equivalent to Kenya PVOC certification
