According to the regulations of the Central Bank of Libya in May 10th, all products exported to Libya shall be subject to product conformity certification before leaving shore. After obtaining the certification, the COI certificate will be issued, and the customs clearance bank shall show the COI certificate when the goods arrive in Libya for customs clearance. If the COI certificate is not obtained, the customs will refuse entry.
