Egypt COC certification process
In December 30, 2015, the Egyptian Ministry of trade and Industry issued new regulations on the export of Egypt (list attached) manufacturers need to control the administration of import and export in Egypt (GOEIC) registered, after successfully registering to apply for COC certification. If the manufacturer is not registered, the customs will not release the product. The new regulations will take effect two months after the date of promulgation (March 1, 2016), subject to the date of shipment!
How do you complete the registration?
Carefully read the Egyptian Ministry of trade and Industry Import and Export Control Administration (GOEIC) website WWW.GOEIC.GOV.EG related documentation requirements, including 992 and 43 ministerial decree No., required to submit the list of documents and files for a specific factory and company requirements, and according to the requirements of relevant documents submitted on the site.
1 the information required for registration as follows:
A, manufacturer of business license copy;
B, the legal entity and the scope of business documents;
C, manufacturer and its own brand agency or authorized brand information;
D, the factory to apply for and obtain quality supervision, certification certificate, comply with environmental standards and the International Labour Organization and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) certification;
E, Ethiopia Technology Group agreed to accept the verification of factory production safety and environmental standards.
2. the import and export control bureau is solely responsible for the collection of documents, and is not responsible for document review. After receiving the documents, they should be submitted to the registration office for examination and registration.

The export company may go through it either on its own or through the Egyptian importer.
4. submitted documents need to be translated by registered translation company and certified by the Embassy of egypt.
5., after the document through the audit, you will get GOEIC mail confirmation notice.
2.Egypt COC certification process?
1 application materials: packing list, invoice issued by CNAS, has qualified third party laboratory test report, COC application
2 audit documents: about 2-3 days, please confirm with my company audit inspection requirements after OK, in order to avoid unnecessary trouble.
3. inspection requirements: General outer packing and product should be printed with the following labels, the specific content is subject to actual confirmation
Labeling requirements:

-PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
-COUNTRY OF ORIGIN:
The main product inspection and packaging are above label content, can use paper label printing paste.
4 inspection time: application materials through the audit, timely payment, we received the memo after inspection arrangement, generally a week in advance to confirm the inspection time and place, generally work in 2-3 before the loading date, do not need to supervise the installation
3.commodity list registered as follows:
Retail dairy products;
Retail sales of canned fruits and dried fruit;
Retail cooking oils and fats;
Retail chocolates and other cocoa foods;

Cosmetics, skin care products, tooth care products, deodorants, bath products, perfumes; retail soaps, soap items, cleaning products;

4.the new regulations also stipulates that the shipping documents (bills of lading, invoice, certificate of origin and so on) must be made by the exporters bank directly to the importer's Bank, not to submit to the bank by the importer or the importer exporter, otherwise it will be rejected.
