3. How to do Zanzibar CoC certification?
The first step: select the test standard corresponding to the product, perform product test on the product, and ensure that the name and model of the tested product are consistent with the product at the time of shipment.
Step 2: The exporter submits the completed, signed and sealed application form (Request for Certification, RFC), proforma invoice and packing list to the authorized inspection and certification body.
Step 3: The exporter provides product quality documents such as product test reports, product technical parameters, manufacturer quality management system certificates, etc., to the authorized inspection and certification body for review.
Step 4: The authorized inspection and certification body determines the feasible product conformity assessment implementation plan and applicable standards under the project plan.
Step 5: If further sampling tests are required, the authorized inspection and certification body will coordinate sampling and implement laboratory tests.
Step 6: After completing the above steps, the authorized inspection and certification agency will arrange on-site inspection of goods to verify the actual shipment.
Step 7: After the on-site inspection is completed, the exporter submits the final documents (commercial invoice and packing list) to the authorized inspection and certification body, and the final certificate is issued by it for evaluation.
Step 8: After the exporter has paid the relevant fees, the authorized inspection and certification body will issue a product conformity certificate to the exporter or importer.
