In 2014, the European Union issued a new SPVD directive 2014 / 29 / EU for pressure vessels, and announced that it would be implemented in 2016, replacing the old directive 2009 / 105 / EC. SPVD is a regulation used by the European Union to supervise simple pressure vessels. Its directive specifies the requirements of technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures for simple pressure vessels. Only after passing the SPVD audit and certification, can CE mark be pasted, which can flow freely in the European market All right.
Definition and scope of simple pressure vessel:
-Welding forming;
-The design pressure is greater than 0.5bar;
-The medium is non flammable gas such as compressed gas or nitrogen;
-It has a cylindrical shell and a circular port sealed with butterfly and / or square meter heads
-The working pressure shall not exceed 30bar and the pressure vessel value shall not exceed 10000bar / L;
-The main components of pressure parts are non alloy high-quality steel, non alloy aluminum and non age hardening aluminum alloy;
-The minimum working temperature shall not be lower than - 50 ℃, the maximum working temperature shall not exceed 300 ℃ for steel vessels and 100 ℃ for aluminum or aluminum alloy vessels
-The following containers are not included: containers for nuclear use; containers installed on ships or aircraft; fire extinguishers

SPVD certification process
1. provide basic information of the product, which is used to determine the applicable standards of CE certified products and determine the certification mode of the products, such as model and specification, material, performance, characteristics and use of the products;
2. develop training, testing and audit plan according to positive model;
3. initial evaluation of product standards and production management system training
4. training of welder qualification certificate, obtaining ISO 9606 international welder certificate and obtaining welding process qualification (WPQR);
5. type test and factory audit of samples (determined according to different approval modes);
6. follow up supervision (determined according to different certification modes);
